Welcome drivers!<br />

After a few weeks of preparing and testing we decided to go for the real deal and host a funrace. Power&Glory is one of the best mods (if not the best) for GTR2 and great fun to drive. But be prepared, many of these cars boast more muscle than their tires and brakes were made to handle!<br />
We expect tight and fair battles on the track. Avoid to jump the car over the first chicane at all cost! If you hit the ground nose-first, for some reason the car gets stuck in the track surface and a bad rollover is the result. We still have to check if that's a car or track-related issue.<br />
This is a funrace over 20 laps, and although the cars can take quite a beating, they don't like to be run head-first into a wall. This will make the engine quit rather easily. So be careful, the race will not be decided in the first corners, and remember - <span style="font-weight: bold;">this is supposed to be fun!</span><br />
The server is running in training mode (P60, Q15, R6L) till tomorrow.</span>]]></description>

We asked our members on which track they would like to do a real long-run, and they clearly voted in favour of the Ring. Driving a GTP car around this track for almost three hours has to be the ultimate challenge for any serious racer. So if you like to join us simply put a post in this thread, pick an available number and tell us what car you're gonna use. If you like to send us your individually painted GTP car you can use our contact address at the bottom of the forum. We also need your email address to inform you about our server IP and password.</span><br />

Dazu gibt es ein paar veranstaltungstechnische Gimmicks, wie z.B. die "6-Minuten-pro-Teilnehmer-Regel", die besagt, dass pro gemeldeten Teilnehmer die Rennzeit um sechs Minuten verl?ngert wird, nat?rlich in Runden umgerechnet. Damit k?men wir bei zehn Teilnehmern auf eine Renndauer von ca. einer Stunde, bei 20 Fahrern w?ren's schon zwei, also schon nix mehr f?r Weicheier.:zwinker: Auch bei der Wertung haben wir uns  etwas Besonderes ?berlegt, der Erste im Ziel muss also nicht zwangsl?ufig auch der Erste in der Gesamtwertung sein. Nun die Frage an euch: Wie sieht's aus? Ob das Ganze ?berhaupt stattfindet, h?ngt nat?rlich auch ein wenig vom allgemeinen Zuspruch ab. Inzwischen konnten wir uns auf einen Termin einigen (siehe Race Facts), ein paar Fahrer k?nnten wir aber schon noch gebrauchen, schlie?lich hei?t es "Endurance" und nicht "Sprint" ;) .<br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Meldet euch bitte mit Auto und Startnummer in diesem Thread an; falls ihr eure Trainingszeit zum Vergleich angeben wollt, k?nnt ihr das gern auch noch nachtr?glich tun.</span><br>Ich hoffe, wir sehen uns in Le Mans!<br />

Am Ende werden die Punkte beider Wertungen addiert und es ergibt sich die endg?ltige Platzierung, die dann hier ver?ffentlicht wird.
