I wish I could have taken part to that race, I already have two races that week unfortunately...

By the way, I've just got the e_mail today.. Isn't it a bit late ? For the next one, I suggest that you send the mail at least one week in advance, so I can organize my planning ;)

Damit kehre ich an den Schauplatz meines ersten Onlinerennens ?berhaupt zur?ck - bin allerdings noch unsicher, in welchem Auto.
Im Eagle Team darf man ja f?r einen Mod ein anderes Auto w?hlen. Ferrari hab ich (nat?rlich aus historischen Gr?nden :zwinker: ) ausprobiert, 1:18.40. Aber ich wei? noch nicht, ob ich nicht doch den Eagle nehme und daf?r diesen ?tzenden BT 7 ersetze.

In kurz: Dabei! :rofl:

Hi Uwe,

die Chassiswahl ist nach der Aufteilung der 66Mod Wagen in 2 Leistungsklassen ge?ndert worden.
In den GPL Rules steht:

(Erg?nzung vom 18.2.2007)

Team / Chassis Wahl:

Please look for the chassis choise rule in 2008 here

Als wir zu Beginn 2007 davon ausgingen, dass der 66 Mod bald k?me, und im Eagle Team mit dem BT7 und dem zun?chst nur vorgesehenen 4 Zylinder Eagle Climax zwei schw?chere Wagen im Team w?ren, machte die Regelung eine zus?tzliche Autowahl zu haben Sinn.
Jetzt haben wir den Nachteil des Eagle Climax aber dadurch ausgeglichen, dass er nicht gegen die ?berlegenden 3 Liter Wagen der Division 1 fahren muss sondern dank der geknackten Limitierung auf 7 Autos im Eagle Team auch der Weslake V12 verf?gbar ist.. So verbleibt im Eagle Team nur noch der BT7 als vermeidlich (?) schwaches Chassis. Wobei ich bezweifle , dass der BT7 im einzigen 65er Rennen in Clermont tats?chlich benachteiligt ist. Und mit den verf?gbaren addons ist er mittlerweile sogar recht sch?n anzusehen.

Nach den 2008er Regeln gibt es also keine Option auf ein zus?tzliches Chassis f?r den geneigten Eagle Fahrer :zwinker:.
Zum Trost verweise ich auf demn?chst hier bei RSL exclusiv pr?sentierte akustische und optische (!! definitiv photoreal und m.M unter allen grafikaddons von cockpits unerreicht ) Verbesserungen der Eagle Familie, die Dich sicher f?r den BT7 mehr als entsch?digen werden.

Thx Wolfgang, I never noticed...??There are probably other GPLers who don't pay attention to your schedule until reading the mail, because they already take part to several championships and have many forums to read...

Maybe I'll be there for Spa 66, but I don't know what means division 2 here, can you explain ???Are there limitations to sign in for such races ???Or perhaps is there somewhere a general rule specifically written for all external pilots who don't take time to read the whole website like me :verlegen:

First you have to choose one of the Teams (see below) for the whole season :zwinker:

the 66 cars a divided in two divisions :
Division one : The 3 Liter cars
Division two : the smaller ones

if a 66 race announced as a Division two race , the bigger 3 Liter cars are not allowed in the grid.
on the other Hand at a Division one race it is you free choice to take one of the bigger or one of the smaller cars.

f?r mich also der Eagle V12? Mir ist der recht, h?tte ich als n?chstes ausprobiert.

Nur mit dem BT7 habe ich noch nie Spa? gehabt - vielleicht auch (m)ein Einstellungsproblem. Aber das z?hlt deswegen nicht weniger - schlie?lich gibts f?rs Simracen noch kein Geld, und Maso bin ich absolut nicht drauf :harhar:

... aaaber das Rennen is ein Div II Rennen :zwinker:, also kein V12 hier sondern der 4 Cylinder Eagle S4

Edit: Habe eben ein paar Runden gedreht - wei? jetzt, was du mit "Enthusiasmus bremsen" meinst :harhar: Bleibt noch der McLaren M2B, mal sehen wie der so ist.
