La piste a ?t? con?ue par quelques membres de la ligue en hommage ? notre ami "Jops siffert", qui est d?c?d? en septembre 2005. Il n'avait que 40 ans. Jops ?tait le fondateur de notre ligue. Au del? de ?a, il ?tait par dessus tout un fantastic ami et l'un des pilotes les plus rapide au monde (Rank -83). Il ?tait un grand fan du pilote Jo siffert. Il ?tait toujours disponible pour un conseil, et il a probablement apport? ? la communaut? francophone de Grand Prix Legends plus que n'importe qui. Il nous manque, et nous pensons aussi tout particuli?rement ? sa famille, ? laquelle nous d?dions aussi ce travail.
La meilleure chose que vous pourrez faire si vous avez connu ou appr?ci? "Jops" serait de favoriser la diffusion de ce circuit et d'en promouvoir l'utilisation aussi souvent que possible.

Concernant un hommage ? notre ami Jops, il n'?tait pas concevable de se contenter d'un travail bacl? ou incomplet. C'est la raison pour laquelle il nous a fallu quasiment un an pour r?aliser notre projet. Nous avons choisi de rester silencieux jusqu'? la diffusion car personne n'avait r?alis? de circuit auparavant dans le groupe. Mais maintenant , nous sommes content du r?sultat et le temps est venu de vous en faire profiter ! Il y aura bien entendu des commentaires, mais soyez certains que nous avons fait au mieux de nos capacit?s. Depuis le d?but, nous n'avons de cesse de rassembler l'exp?rience des membres de F1legends dans le but de concevoir un circuit plaisant en course online, et utilisable avec le m?me plaisir pour tous les mods . Nous avons aussi essay?, par un travail particulier sur les textures, de lui donner une "?me" visuelle. Vous jugerez par vous m?me.

Nous remercions particuli?rement la communaut? GPL dans son ensemble, et tout ceux qui ont contribu? ? faire vivre GPL depuis tant d'ann?es.

After a long wait and some rumours, we are finally proud to release our contribution to the GPL community ! The racetrack "Jops" Siffert ? Grand Prix of La Neuveville. We hope that you will have a lot of pleasure to race on it online or offline against the computer.

The track is fictional and provided to the GPL community free of charge by the race league F1legends. httpwww.f1legends.ch

Thre is two versions. High resolution, and low resolution (compatible with voodoo cards)


The track was designed by several members of the league as a tribute to our friend ?Jops Siffert? , who died in September 2005. He was 40 years old. Jops was the founder of our league. Beyond that, he was above all a fantastic friend and one of the quickest pilot of the world (Rank -83). He was a fan of the pilot Jo siffert. He was always available to give an advice, and he probably brought to the french speaking community of Grand Prix Legends more than anybody else. We are missing him, and we have been particularly thinking of his family. We dedicate them this track.
The best thing you can do if you had known or appreciated "Jops" would be to help to the diffusion and to support the use of this track as often as possible.

Regarding a tribute to our friend Jops, It was not imaginable for us to present a slapdash or a not finished work. This is the reason why we needed almost one year to realise this project. We choose to stay silent until the release because nobody in the team had designed or realized tracks before. But now , we are happy with the result, and it is time to release it ! There will be probably some comments, but you can be sure that we gave all that was possible regarding our capacities. Since the beginning, we have been trying to gather all the experience of the members of F1legends in the aim to design a funny track for great online racing, and which could be used with all the mods with the same pleasure. We also tried , with a special work on the textures, to provide this track with a visual ?soul?.
